EX1100 - No Surround sound

Hi

had box for a few days now, seems fine.

But i have noticed that i have no sound coming out of surround sound rear speakers.

I have used the same output scart as my sky+ box, which works fine, but my EX1100 is NOT in surround sound.

is there any settings i could mess around with on EX1100?

another thing to note

the surround sound feature on my Tv is fully integrated within the TV.

i have a choice of Scart inputs, co-axial digital and S/PDIF

should i go for the S/PDIF lead?

or can i check a setting somewhere on EX1100?

doesn't matter

pressing green button i noticed audio ws on LEFt channel only.

had to manually set every channel to stereo..............took ages.

but at least i got to see what was on the telly!
