HI bought my second box (ex7000)when i scan in channels the signal strenght button will only go to 23% will pick up all the channels but comes up as scrammbled i have put firmware on the strenght light flickers after it gets past 23% but will not go any higher my other box is fine Ii am waiting for box magic to get back to me since thurs last week but still no contact can anybody help me please.

if you are using a splitter remove it and use a direct feed you can put the splitter back after you get it sortedif i helped hit the thanks btn -
