Eurovox ex1100 help needed missing channels

Im a newbie to all of this so go easy on me folks .Just bought one of these on friday, did a full deep scan and im missing some channels
e4,e4+1,racing uk,film 4, film4 +1 espn america
read somewhere else that the frequency for these channels is 235.00 but dont know how to change it manually as the menu function is different from my eurovox max v
stay in the inverclyde area

any help would be great thanks

Hi welcome to the forum if you start your scan from 100.000 you should find them the freq235 000 is for pure ntl

tried that mate its not picking up any channels when i do the scan.....my frequency's are in the tp list on the menu screen

Sorry m8, but have you updated the firmware on the box?
Its showing you have not downloaded anything,so just wondering if the update has been done as you saying you are picking up NO channels.

try a factory reset then a deep/power scan on the corect symbol rate for your area ( well spotted badapple i did'nt see that )

installed the firmware EX1100USB_SEP01.ABS onto the box and did a full scan thats when i noticed that i was missing some channels.

when you go into the menu screen on the box there is no user installation on it. the only thing i could find was tp list with all the frequency's on it if that helps
