Having problem adding channels to favourites on eurovox 7000

Hi iv been trying to arrange my channels into favourites each time i select a channel i wont in favourites its putting in the wrong channel for e.g i wont bbc1 which is channel 036 on my box insted its saving channel 001 which is a diffrent channel iv tried all the fav's from 1to8 and it keeps doin the same thing do i need to download a file to arrange my channels can anyone share some light on my problem.

Step by step what im doin.

1. Menu then Favourite Setup
2. Highlighting the channel i wont
3. Chossing No 1to8 and then saving

have a look in downloads and see if there is a channel tbn for your area it will be under cdf

Im from birmingham westmidlands iv tried and seen one in downloads but each time i click download it just shows a white screen, im having problems downloading it can itry a diffrent area as long as its my region source which is TW

The only cdf for birmingham is for the eurovox 2 and max non for ex 7000 hd

Its alright got it sorted i had the channels in alphabetical order which stoped me from putting them into fav's for some reason. Could you tell me would it be against fourm rules if i was to upload my channel tbn from my box, as i did have a problem tryin to find one for my area and there might be people on hear frm my area with the same problem.

Hi m8 that would be ok just go to downloads > eurovox > cdf > then click ok add.
