Please Please Help EX1100

Hi, I have a ex1100 USB wich i just brought, i flashed it using a usb pen and it all seemed to be going fine, flash finished and then the box turned off anf didnt turn back on. i left it for ages and nothing, i unplugged it and plugged it back in and now i get a purple light on the front but the box will not turn on. it dosent do anything.. i have looked at trying to flashing through DNUPMAN but does not recagnise the flash file... dont really know what to do. can any one please help. or has any one else had this problem.......

i would delete all whats on the usb, reformat penstick to fat32 then reload it with firmware again and try reflash it. that purple light is what comes on when it first switched on then it goes blue after bout 30 secs when it fully loaded up. i woukld say as yours isnt fully loading up from maybe a bad flash it staying on purple

Hi thanks for the reply, i tryed that last night but didnt seem to do anything.. problem is i can get to the menu on the box to do a flash.. i will try again tonight though...thanks..
