    ex 7000 hdmi issue

    my new ex7000 hdmi is not working its new and all setup,
    the scart works fine but the hdmi is not working any ideas or is there something i have setup wrong

    this may be a daft question but have you set your tv to hdmi

        yes all is set to hdmi but still no joy
        i know the tv works hdmi as i have bluray player

          hi have you tried to change your source to hdmi on your tv or retry with scart disconnected as at first this gave me a prob but both working now

            i have tried the box on 3 tvs through 2 hdmi cables and still nothing need help

              The HD socket on the box may be faulty.
              If the box is new send it back for a replacement but make sure the origional firmware is on it.
              Do make sure you have checked all connections first though.

                I had this problem with my ex7000 but it seemed to fix itself, after reflashing and using a scart connected to tv. I still think my box is knackered though as it constantly reboots after a few mins of it beeing turned on. Im still waiting for a reply from the supplier after a number of emails and its been almost 2 weeks. I wouldnt recommend anyone buy from mycablebox if they expect customer support.
