Flashed my eurovox ex1100 and i have noticed that the epg will only update once you are on the channel. Is there a way to have the box update automatically like the ex1000.

... but then I'm new here and to eurovox. I've got the same problem with my box. I'd love to hear a solution if one exists.
Is it just a matter of waiting for a new firmware with better EPG support? -

I to hope a new firmware will fix this problem (and the problem of my wife moaning she can't see whats on channels! due to little or no epg etc
)

Cheers for that electronic_chicken, trying now to see if it helps, I dident have i/o problem but flashed it anyway to see if it would help.
Looking forward to a firmware with the EPG issue fixed, which will then help me in playing with the recorder part of the box.
I read somewhere you could watch a program whilist recording, providing it was on the same transponder? any one have a list of channels and there transponders?

eurovox ex1100 no epg
ello set up new box yesturday got all channels but the epg is terrible box is pointless without this feature workin correctly any news on a fix cheers....

i hope the next firmware fix's the picture frezze
so when you set your box to recored it dont frezze
half way throw the programe you really want
