remote not working after my box automatically updated

can any one help me out, is it just a coincidence that my remote is not working properly after my box had gone off and updated itself? whichever button i press its become the number 7. i cant acess the menu or change the channel unless i do it on the box. has the remote packed up? cheers wayne.

Erm what box are you using wayne? have you tried new batteries, it may be a coincidence, its easier to change them then reload you box etc

hi sorry its the eurovox max v, yeh tried 2 sets of batteries mate, stil the same.

panic over, unpluged the box and turned it back on and it works again, strange one that tho.
