Hi all
I used to recieve Sky1 but recently it hasn't been showing in the channel listings.I have re scanned but it never appears.I still recieve Sky2 and 3 perfectly.
Last week I installed the new firmware at a friends house to see if the built in signal booster would rectify the problem.I did a quick install and Sky1 was there working perfectly.
I returned home and reconnected the box and carried out another quick install and the channel had disapeared again.
Any ideas anyone?seems odd that my box will find this channel when connected to my friends cable but not mine.

Try scanning at yours without splitters connected then see if it shows up, if so connect the splitters back up if not scan it in at friends but just connect back up when you get home, dont do another install. his signal maybe better for pulling channels through than yours.

What I find confusing is that my friends cable is through a splitter and mine is direct.
When I scanned it at his house I did come back and reconnect it straight away but I just got a bad signal message.
