    Bizzare Eurovox 5100

I have a Eurovox 5100 works fine at my house, all channels pick up ok.

The same box at another house in the same area does all sorts of weird things:-

If I power it off and back on it loses its channels.
Rescanning brings up certain channels only. Other channels break up as though theres a bad signal. Oddly the foreign channels dont break up.
Ive tried to narrow it down and cant think of anything other than the the cable feed, the splitter or the wire from the splitter to the box and the connector from the wire to the actual box.

Another older box of a different make works perfectly with the same feed and the only difference is the connector. So we assumed its got to be the connector, but no! Weve swapped that also.

    Really bizzare, any ideas?

Its normally the splitter that causes the problems m8.
Remove the splitter and cables and connect box straignt onto incoming cable and then scan.
