lost channels on eurovox 5100pvr

Hi have had my box for 2wks now and have just lost 2 channels it comes up as scrambled programme it did say earlier on 2day please wait - updating codes. any one know wot i can do to get channels back they are sky action and sky sports 1. im new 2 all this and it abit baffling to me...

Hi m8 welcome to the forum you are not the only one to have lost sky sports 1 today do a factory reset delete all channels then do a deep scan on the symbol rate for your area you will have to sort your favs after this

I must sound totally stupid but what do u mean by symbol rate for my area??? sorry not a clue wot am doing ...Thanks for the advice tho..

have a read at this it will tell you where to put the symbol rate it will be 6887 or 6952 you can try them both it wont do any harm to your box http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...settings-9789/
