missing channels

hi all
i have lost my sky sports news, sky2 , sky3 and dicovery channels from my eurobox max (blue) i have never had espn on here for some reason, do i need to update fw or somthing i have done scans but no joy, i live in bristol, also is there a guide and software i need incase it goes down? if u could show me a link to guide and program used it would be wicked thanks alot

no need for firmware update thay may have moved freq,s do a factory reset then go to installation and do a power scan , here is a guide on how to flash your box http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums...-eurovox-9790/
