Hi everyone.
My box takes up to 5 seconds to switch on after pressing the power button on remote, it only used take a second with my old EX1000 SL!! Anyone else having this problem?

I can't swear that this is true cos it's hearsay -- but a pal says the new Security chip kicking up slows things down on Boot Up ??!!

Is it a better machine than your "old" EX1000 sl ??

Mine too, loads of issues with this box, prefer the original SL
