EX7000 - manually adding channels?

can anyone explain me how I add channels manually?

Not a single scan has got me living +1 living +2 and Living 2

I tried everything, factory reset, deep scan, user installation, ...

anybody got an idea?

Im in an ex telewest area

i found these channels at the front end of the channel list but they are not named they just say ch 010 or thereabouts

you will need the freq then press menu > user installation > red btn add type the freq and the symbol rate then red btn save exit to tp scan scroll to the freq press ok then blue btn scan
