EX7000 Seems dead 4 faint red lines

hi all in need of some help please

ive got a Ex7000 in feb worked fine never had a problem had the march firmware on it worked perfect. but today i put the tv on the box had just 4 faint red lines seems totally dead,

ive let it cool for a few hours still no luck then tried to update to the september firmware via null but the box just aint showing up.

any help will be great

Could be many things.
Make sure the box is well ventilated.
Check both sides of your hd cable are in correctly.
Turn the box off at the back wait 20 secs then turn it back on.
If that doesn't help the box may have overheated.

Done all of that was well vented just baffed

Fixed it, opened it up took the power board out cut out capacitors at c12 and c14 put new ones in away it went
