Where to find EX5100 PVR Updated Firmware

Hi, I have a EX5100 PVR with S/W Version 1.0 ST4 Jan 06 2009. Its connected to my Virgin Media line and can find all the channels. Many channels come up as scrambled and I believe I need updated Firmware so I can view scrambled channels. (1.1a ??)

Can someone please provide me a link to where I would get this firmware and a doc on how to apply it.

    Thanks people.

          Scrambled

Hi Chick, When I press Menu, I select Language Settings, I select OK I get the options :

          Menu Language
          1st Audio Language
          2nd Audio Language
          Subitile Language

          When I type 1968 nothing happens ?

Im so close but so far ! any ideas ?

          Thank you.

              Scrambled

Chic, your going to think Im a bit thick here. Sorry, dont

From having a TV channel (free on) on the screen I click Menu and get Preferences, Channels, Installation and Config along the top. Preferences is highlighted with Language Settings, OSD Settings, Parental Lock, Tetris, Snake and Sokoban in the list. Language Settings is highlighted in dark blue. If I select OK it takes me into Language Settings, where 1968 dosent work. If I dont go into the Language Settings sub menu and just type 1968 then OK nothing happens. Why am I being thick ?
