EX 7000HD No EPG

I have this box for a couple of months now and it worked fine for the first month but now I cant get any epg it comes up with no info on every channel. Also if I leave the box on all day when i return from work the picture has frozen and needs a restart to get working again.

I have updated the box using Septembers update but its still the same.
Anbody had similar experiences or have any suggestions for me.

I think this sounds like an over heating issue...

Have you got a good air supply around?

It has got good circulation and isnt hot on the outside at all. is that a common problem?
