i have a eurovox max v at the moment but would like the option of recording if i bought a box with pvr and used a splitter would i be able to watch one channel while recording another by using the two boxes similtaneously

Hi m8, yes you could. The boxes would work independently so you could set the PVR to record a programme and watch any other programme on the max V. If you have both boxes connected to the same tv, you will have to select the correct input for each box ie scart 1, scart 2.

cheers mate any suggestions on the best pvr box to buy( any hd ready boxes) as i have a hd ready t.v.
