HELP - need set up instructions for EX1100 USB

We have just bought an EX1100 USB. We have over 160 channels but no picture and no signal. When in TP List the signal quality is only 28%. Could it just be that we need a decent aerial lead or do we need to alter any of the settings like Sym Rate/Frequency.

Any ideas for us newbies?

I have downloaded the area codes sym rate doc but Portsmouth has no number in the sym rate column.

Any help much appreciated.

theres only 2 symbol rate 6887 / 6592 if you tried one without finding any transponders / tps then try the other one
