Hi guys,

i have got my new eurovox ex7000 and have uploaded the firmware or i think i have and still i am getting scrambled channels. i have put the firmware on my usb pen and formated it to FAT32 and renamed the file to flash.tbn but still no joy? i have done a deep scan, quick scan you name it ive done every scan under the sun still no joy.

did you unzip the file first before renaming it mate?

wow - 3 helps in the title. we better respond differently.


turn the unit off at the mains (not just into standby) but the usb in with the flash.bin in, then turn it back on. it will say UPDATING on the screen, that way u know it's putting the correct firmware on.

how do i unzip the file?

if it's a zip file, windows will handle it. if it's a rar file you'll need winrar - just google winrar
