Eurovox ex1100 Help Please

Hi all,

I have just bought the eurovox ex1100 and cant get it to find any channels during the scan. I have followed all the instructions I was given but still no joy. Can someone please give me a step by step guide in what to do from the start. I do not have a subscription with VM at the moment, could this be the problem?

If you cant get ANY channels, then its possible your cable has been disconnected from the green junction box.
You can check this by plugging the incoming cable into a tv with has built in freeview and scan the tv for channels and if its live you will pick up the free basic channels, BBC, ITV Channel 5.

So if i dont get any channels then does that mean i need to subscribe to VM to get connected?

If the line is dead then yes, just get the cheapest package installed then you can get ALL the channels.
