no channels

hi all I have searched this sit for 2 hours now and i still can't find any answers my box has just stopped working no channels what so ever and when i just turn it on it say no signal. I have searched for new channels and its always in the red. plz some one help me my box is a max v

Hi m8 do you pay any subs to vm it looks like you have been cut of can you try another box on the same feed

yh i do only the small ackage and thats working fine

i am trying a factory default but it's all red still @6.952 and the highest quality is 15%

check all connections are tight remove any splitters check the cable for any brakes try the feed from your subbed box

i cor remove the one splitter cos it's to my internet and this box and it used to work fine but it's not anymore why could that be it

give it a try you may have to take the top of and check the caps on the power board for leeking or bulging look for and check the c14 cap ps taking the top off will ~~~~ your warenty

everything is fine now i got a 4way splitter but evrything is going slow even my downloads my speed is 10mb. it's only downloading like 40kb/s
