Losing sky sports 1 scrabbled

I am using a 1100 usb and keep losing sky sport1 (scrabbled). Do I need to re scan and lose all my program sorting or is there another way?

im afraid so, you have to do a rescan. i lost it myself and the only way to get it back and any other channel you loose in the future is to do a rescan.

Sky Sports 1, Sky Sports News and Sky Premiere missing

They don't come basck even after a scan. Does anyone know what to do?

calm down mic no need keep posting the same thing someone has to go clean up after you, its very early in the morning so not many online and you expect answers right away. come back later in the day and you will have some ideas to try as to your problem, my idea would be to scan your box straight from the main feed so without any splitters attached.

I'm in the same boat.

My SS1 has gone as well. I am doing a deep scan now and hopefully that should sort it. having loads of problems with it to be honest.

Me too .... Was struggling with the Slot 0 in / out problem, then flashed with the new beta firmware. Now my box freezes regularly and today SS1 displays as scrambled (just before the city match !!) Hoping for an updated firmware in the near future. Thanks for all your efforts guys.

I had to rescan mine this morning to watch the Burnley Blackburn Match. All channels back as normal after the scan. Regarding the freezing, it happens with a Pace box from ntl and the EPG is slow, andmine is a new box.

go to channel press menu go to tp list press ok then press ok again and all done!
