Just a quick question...

I am currently having a scart problem with the EX1000 SL, if I use the RGB scart socket the picture just seems to vertically roll. The box has been a bit dodgy in the past by getting stuck on standby and having to keep uplugging it.
I have changed the scart leads and tried on a different tv and still no change so I was planning to send it back to website I brought it from. What I was wondering is would they accept it back as I've heard some places won't accept them if you flashed the firmware say from fta to the latest which will decrypt the channels.

I've already tried re-flashing the firmware but it won't fix the rolling screen problem. Has anyone else experienced this problem or know how to fix it?

change from rgb to cvbs in system menu

Tried that and the picture goes black but the audio is still coming through. I took the box apart to see if there was any loose connections on the scart socket but it all looks fine. I don't know what else to try.
