Hi, can someone please help i have a eurovox pvr 5100 it will not turn on and is making a humming noise from the power board any help please

sounds like a psu problem, is it still under warranty? if it is, send it back

thanks for reply,no i dont have any warranty left had it over a year now,pcu is that the big yellow one,
