How many hd channels do get on the ex7000 model and which ones?

Also which is the correct harddrive to buy, what size and where from?

What needs to be done to dis harddrive for the ex7000 to recognise it?

[Hob]

You don't get ITV HD (apart from the test trailer) on Virgin.
Eurosport HD is coming very soon though which is good for USPGA golf fans and Euro football.
