Make sure your lead is plugged in tight otherwise try another scart lead.

you need to download a program to sort out the channel order out, in there is an option to change audio to left, right or stereo, you want to change it to stereo, it's a pain in the arse since you need to do each channel but worth it once done, if your in teesside area then the UDF file i uploaded may help

cheers. my surround sound has only worked in stereo since upgrading epg. sorting it was as simple as changing to stereo, thanks.
