EX1000L Channel update

Ok so I got all my channels in order just as I wanted then low and behold some end up scrambled! So I Update channels using USER INSTALLATION the UPDATE CHANNELS. My scrambled channels are back to normal but now I have loads of duplicate channels at bottom of my list. Any way to stop this or do I need to delete each time

Just wondering where abouts you are? Are you still getting sport and movie channels with the EX1000sl?

in scotland, yeah getting everything but when update getting duplicates as well
