Just got my new Eurovox USB PVR (5100) but can't view any channels!

Well I can view some but almost ALL of them are 'scrambled'

What do i have to do now? I did 'deep scan' earlier to get the channels!
    Ps, sorry it's Ex1100 btw!!

I got the box from lincsat and I think his boxes are all ready (flashed, updated etc...)

Ps, It this box only for freeview viewing? No digital channels? =O

Have you switched the EMU on, do a search on forum, You'll find instructions on how to switch emu on or flash if need be.

As these boxes are updated via usb which has greatly simplified the process Lincsat has stopped updating them and dropped his price slightly to counteract that decision
so it probably needs reflashing as previously stated by chic

But can't we view premium channels with this box? Is it only the main 4 free ones?

when the box has the latest firmware on it all the scrambled channels will become unscrambled (if it only has the FTA firmware on it then they will stay scrambled)

Oh and should I do the firmware update first or do I have to SCAN all the channels first?

Sept 25 firmware is all you need then you'll be up and running.
