Voxbox and SS1

Hi Guys

My SkySports1 channel seem to have stopped working this week. I only got the voxbox last week and installed the latest firmware.

Any ideas? Do I need to update the firmware already?

it may have moved freq rescan and see if you get it back

ok I have done a rescan and the channel is back but other channels seem to be stuttering now which is highly annoying.

I have recently installed a splitter could this be the problem? reverted back to using the normal virgin box and all the channels are fine
