Do i need to upgrade yet?

Ez guys, i have an EX5000PVR and the firmware i am running at the moment is 'UFL EX5000 06-12-08 [Autosort Feature]' and i know there is a newer version that was out on the 24/02/09...i was wondering if i need to install this or there is any benefit...my box is working fine and i am recieving all channels APART FROM BBCTHREE (anyone know why)???
Also its been nearly a year since i installed the firmware im using and i would of thought VM would of cracked this or messed it up for me by now....should i just be grateful and hope it lasts longer?

i wouldnt update if you are running ok, i never do if everything hunkydori. these updates are brought out for people who are having problems in a certain areas, it has been nearly twelve mnth since the last crash but it could go at anytime so just keep schtum and hope they forget about it
