NO SIGNAL- Birmingham area

    NO SIGNAL- Birmingham area

    Hi, My Eurovox red has been displaying NO signal at my home for the last 2 days. However when I take it to my parents place 5 mins walkaway, it works fine!!!

    When I try to scan for channels, it just whizzes past all the transponder numbers and obviously does not retrieve any channels...please help someone!!!

    BTW, during scanning the signal strength is max 8%.

      check you vermin cable feed ,you may have been disconnected m8.
      or try a scan on a different symbol rate .

          Picture freezing and loss of signal.

          Hi everyone just wondering if anyone else havin problems with s/v usb on ch##us picture freezin and loss of signal but onlu on some channels.

                  Hi,
                  I've checked the cable feed outside, still intact. I was told this had to be physically disconnected..is that true?

                  Can I subscribe to Vermin TV on it's own without the phone package?

                  I'm panicking now with the footie coming up this weekend...PLease please someone help me!!!!!

                      How do I scan on a diff symbol rate? and what is the rate? sorry about all this newbie questions!!

                          Where outside are you talking about? The green box?

                          As for the SUB to vermin without phone it just makes it more expensive than probably getting the phone and the free TV package. Or at least I think that's what it was the last time I looked at them.

                              The box thats attached to the house. A friend told me they hardly ever come out and cut the wire..so where is my signal??!!

                              BTW, I found out the sub to Vermin is a no goer as it would be over ?30.
