So I'm gonna order a eurovox ex7000 hd today was gonna go with box magic but am worried about royal mail strikes/delivery rimes etc. Found this site digi-force.co.uk. Interested because they use parcelforce and give you a tracking number. Anyone used these before as am still a bit concerned about clones.

I would wait before buying from them.

I bought one from them on 21/10/9 and they didn't tell me till today that they haven't shipped my item because the paypal address was showing as unconfirmed. However transactions that i made before and after that one all show as confirmed.

Their paypal account is also showing as un-verified which is a bit worrying.

I've just spent 30mins on the phone to paypal to try and get them to sort out why just that one transaction is showing as unconfirmed.

I'm now waiting on the seller to get back to me.

They don't have a customer service number by the way, as the number they have listed is just for sale, and diverts to a mobile (which was switched off all day today) which is worrying.

I'll report back here next week, or as soon as i've had some sort of communication back from them.

Luckily i planned ahead, and despite paying through paypal, i also set my paypal to my credit card, so if i do have any problems i'll make one call to my credit card company and they'll freeze the transaction under the consumer credit act and i should be covered for the money.

I was tempted to the site because they were offering the HDD with the box, and it seemed a decent price, however i was hoping that they'd deliver by today, and despite me contacting them, they didn't tell me about this problem till about my 3rd email that i sent to them today.

I will report back to you what happens with mine, but until then if you're happy to go ahead with it then fine, but personally i'm a bit wary of them right now.

As soon as i saw on here that there was someone on here who sells them i was wishing i'd bought from them rather than digi-force.

Slight update.

Received an email from Digi-force advising that having received my email and also one from paypal their manager is happy to send my item out on monday.

Once i have a shipping reference then i'll be sure that it's on it way.

Ordered boxes from these several times and had no problem, the items have usually arrived within a week. However the last boxes i ordered on 07/10 haven't arrived, only received an email from them yesterday to say they'd been sent and supplying me with the parcelforce tracking number so should get them Monday now.

i have ordered boxes from these myself as have my m8ts never had any real problems only when stock runs short they dont tell you but when you get it its spot on they dont do clone boxes.......
