Hi read your advice for the hd700.I have a eurovox usb 1100 with the same issue. When I press the red button nothing happens. In the main menu under Preferences>Language settings there is a 1st and 2nd audio language but not a facility to turn off. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi m8, I think you have to press the GREEN button on the 1100 and select another audio option.

The green button does give differtent Audio options mainly Left, Right, Mono and Stereo. One channel was set to PDR?. I like to prove it works by turning it off and then on but will need to wait and see.
Many Thanks for your help and will feedback when positively confirmed.

The green button gives the different audio options. Some were set to sound1 or sound2 which is the overdub. Changed to the eng() option and all is well.
Many thanks for your advice badapple.
