eurovox 2 green lights on lcd

hi all can some1 please tell me whats up with my eurovox maxv not shower what model it has 2 green lights on the lcd bit and does not seem 2 power up n e help wood b great thanks

its probably the cap14 has blown

but first try reflashing the box whilst pressing the black reset button inside the box
connect box to PC but have no power to the box
start the UFL download of the firmware
hold down the black button keeping it pressed down and apply power then release the button and hopefully it will reflash

be extra careful, use something insulated to hold down button
