I've just brought a eurovox ex1000, took it home, scanned for channels and found them no problem. A friend of mine also brought one from the same place but his is for the peterborough area. Firmware is upto date but he's having trouble finding any channels. When i scanned in the midlands, my signal quality was 80%. His signal strength is only 8%, and that is testing it on all 3 frequencies. Is there a different software for the peterborough or is there something else im missing??? Thanks in advance.

The firmware is the same for each box depending on the one you have and what firmware you installed. Have you installed the latest also if you only getting 8% i would check all cables etc -
i have the same problem. i have taken the box to other peoples houses and still it has a low signal. can someone recommend a signal booster please.Comment
