ex1100 scrambled channels

Hi

New to this, bought a eurovox 1100, i'v done all the scans however a lot of the channels are still scrambled, so not sure what to do? If someone can help me that would be great..

welcome to the forum i dont have a ex1100 but try menu>language settings>ok>type 1968 and make sure the emulation is enabled

hav u tried deletin all channels an searchin 4 it agen, it shud work coz i had a prob like dat

newbie on here hope someone can help me , have just brought a eurovox ex1100 and scanned for all channels most of them have come up with a dollar sign next to them and scrambled ,going through a live virgin media line please help

You need too flash the firmware with one of the firmware updates (there's about 4 thatare worth using you might want too go forlast 2 "sept25th" or the "091109" )that you'll find in downloads look under the cable/eurovox ect, reset the box too factory defaults,put the file on a usb stick uploading it from the usb menu options and then scanning ( i used a fast)....if you look around this forum you'll find loads on this as allot of people are having the same problem

hi all new member hear. just bought the 1100usb scanned chanels and nearly all are scrambled, seems there are a lot of people hear with the same problem. why do you have to download firmware, and why doe's it not work straight out of the box like my old eurovox?

Where are you from ? If it's Leeds your ~~~~ed.All boxes down in Leeds forever ish
