Lost ss1,2 &3 on eurovox but there on starview 1???

Hi,
Can any one shed a bit of light on why all the boxs in my street have lost ss channels when using a eurovox sl1000, infact no eurovoxs work but the first ancient starview works fine??
Is there any setting i can change on euro vox to sort this, ive tried rescan and a booster. the booster sort of works but looses all the other channels.

go to pakage ,highlite the channel and update,works fine.
