    Dont think it matters as long as it is set to FAT 32. I think!!! I used a cheap 4gb usb stick for starters and it was ok.

        Never tried it ,I would think so. The bigger the hard drive the more you can record. On the 4gb cant record too much. Let me know if you try it i would be interested in the out come m8.

          The live tv pause doesn't work for me. Does it work on any of yours?

            I've just set up an EX1100 with a 1TB hard drive. I can record ok, set advanced recordings, etc, but non of the "pause or rewind live TV" stuff works at all. Pause acts as a picture freeze frame, but it doesn't pause the programme. This feature isn't related to the USB port.

            I'm wondering if it's a box issue or setting, or a firmware update required, or perhaps it's dependant on what service you're connected to? Shouldn't be, but you never know.

            Anyone else having similar problems?
