Missing BBC 3

Decided to purchase a Eurovox 5100 in the end. Got it yesterday uploaded firmware and done a power scan. Not many channels so did a power scan. All working good apart from channels need sorting and lots of duplicates, which I was expecting. I don't have any BBC 3. Every other channel I have looked for I have, including the film and sports channels (I haven't checked every single channel), but the ones Ive looked at I have.

The only channel I have looked for and haven't found is BBC 3. As said, I have done a power scan, a deep scan and have tried the update channels option. I noticed yesterday I had BBC 3 yesterday on a channel titled TVch4, but this had no audio. I pressed the red button and it came up with audio on the screen but no audio streams listed.

I performed the update channels function this morning and the channel titled TVch4 is no longer there. Is it just a case of doing a factory reset and performing a deep scan again? The reason I ask instead of just doing it is because the F1 is on shortly and therefore I have some time to have a think and pluck your brains before I endure another hour or so looking at menus and things.

I was considering uploading a channel dump file from here and seeing if that worked, but the only ones I can see here that are suitable for my box and area are dated January and therefore I am sceptical that this is outdated for channels such as ESPN and any other channels that may have moved frequency...

Any thoughts?

update channels after 7pm or it doesnt pick up bbc3...hope this helps...

Hi m8, it will pick up BBC3. I have it on my 5100s.
Try doing a clear data/factory reset and then a deep scan using the correct SY for your area again.

Once you have all the channels, use the tool VOXER to arrange/deleate channels to your own order.

The problem with loading a CDF file is that if its not a very recent one, then some channels may have moved freq. and you are back to square one.
