Lost sky sports and other channels

Hello, Aye another Newbie.

Has anyone in N.E. ENGLAND (TW) with VM lost any channels recently? yesterday I lost all Sky Sports and about 20 other channels, reflashed the EUROVOX MAX V box, done all the tweaks, new codes etc and a deep scan but nothing.
Have VM introduced new encryption ?
Any Ideas ?

go to scrambbled channel, press menu, go to tp list and press ok, then press ok again and ur done!

got most back from an older cdf but need up to date one

when I do a scan why does it start at 400mhz ? and not 100mhz?
