How do you download a CDF File (Channel Dump File) on a Eurovox 1100SL

Just recently flashed the box and tuned but as this uses USB and a UFL Firmware update program how do you update or download an existing CDF File or is there another program that can be used....

Howdy Ive tried lots of diffrent ways to do this and came up blank!!!!! I dont know if has something to do with the firmware not up to scratch yet but hope it can be cured as its a pain going through it all if for any reason you need to re do. If you find out let me in on it!!!! ta now m8

Ok how does this work ? Do i put it on usb and flash to box after i have fixed layout of channels?

I don't have this box so I've deciphered this as best I can from somebody else's instructions (can't remember who) so it may not be completely correct.


in tools goto the upgrade mode

tools/upgrade by usb/upgrade mode/ok
go down to dump channel data/press red button and this should put channel data on your pen.

sort it on your PC using the editor and then put it back on your pen and load it back to your box

tools/upgrade by usb/top line find your file/bottom line upgrade mode channel data/press red button to put file onto box

Ive tried most of that but how do i edit the channels on my pc? If i can do that then the last part of your message i have not tried. Will give it a go when i know how to edit. ta m8

you need to open your channel file in the AliEditor
expand All Services
click on cable and all the channels should open in the right hand box
right click on a channel and choose one of the options
