5100 no channels need help!!

Hello Guys

I've flashed my box using the newest firmware from you downloads section/ links, and when i set up the box, i get a flickering signal around 8%. When I try and do a deep scan or power scan, it picks up loads of signals, ie green bars top and bottom, but TP remains at 0. Its as if the box cant store any channels.

I get the normal freeview channels using the box that i've signed up with, so i know i'm getting a signal. I've also flashed the box a few more times for good measure hoping that it would work. I'm now out of ideas an need some experienced help!!

do a factory reset on the box m8 the rescan making sure your using the correct symbol rate,also remove any splitters and rescan with direct feed into box.
