eurovox 1100 usb signal 28%

help needed please, my 1st ex100 usb had a great signal all channels etc, the power failed so sent it back to supplier the new box will now only get a 28% signal any ideas of how to sort would be great

yea, i had same problem 0% then got 28%, tried absolutely everything. 3.5 hours later took back for seller to test on his feed. was given replacement, plugged in and worked straight away - 83% well happ. was the 1100 pvr

thanks got it sorted, it appeared to be a problem with the connections, redid the set up (making sure the connections were tight and scanned got all channels again so happy days

Eurovox 1100 usb some poor channels

Hi,
Can anyone help as on some (very few) channels I do not recieve a picture and the signal fluctuates between 28 and 82%. All other channel signals are 82%. Swapped box with parents with same results therefor do not expect a faulty box.
Is there anything I can try.
