    hi picture freeze every now and again anyone know how to stop it thanks

      Its a fault with this box, mine is the same 7 days old i have the latest filmware, new s/ware will fix it when it comes, it will only freeze when changing stations.

        What do you mean by freezing?

        Does it stop completely, or just slow down and seem to 'lag' as though the feed is being interrupted?

        My box when changing channels will every now and then go to the scrambled screen for a second before switching on, and every now and then the image being displayed will 'lag' but will correct itself.

        I don't think that either of these are faults with the box as i've seen these symptoms on NTL/VM boxes aswell.

          You may find that the freezing of picture will occur when virgin have reduced the signal strength while working in your area. Check your strength and quality next time it freezes.
