EPG not working on 1100usb

does any one no how to make the epg work on this box, i have the 1000sl and it works perfectly, but i brought the 1100usb thinking it would be better but without the epg its worse.

Think you will find the only way the EPG works if you leave your box on!!! IE 24/7 this is a new box new firmware so untill the firmware is more upto date then this seems to be the only way.
