Strange background noise coming from TV

Ever since I connected my eurovox to my TV I have this background noise coming from the TV. I know it's the Eurovox that is causing it as when I remove the scart form the box it dissapears.

Tried chagning the scart but no luck. Anyone got any ideas?

try remaking your f connectors on your cable feed

Just remove aerial input from TV.

also try turning volume full on eurovox and then adjust it to your liking on tv remote
