Glitching picture and sound due to possible over heating?

My 5100, has finally been tuned in. But glitching occurs when the unit has been on over 30mins. The box was on for over 24hrs so maybe this is the cause.

    Is this normal?

Hi, dont know if that is the problem, cos my boxes are on all the time in the TV units and never suffer from that problem.

Mabey worth calling VM and tell them on the subbed box a couple of channels are freezing and they will boost your signal.
    worth a try m8.

one thing that is also worth a try before you do that is getting a variable attenuator, with my problems everyone said the signals to weak, so I pushed VM and got them to up the signal. Which made problems even worse.

In fact my problem is that the signals far to strong, the subbed box and broadband handle it fine but all 3 eurovox's I have don't like it, so I have to put attenuation onto the line to get the picture stable (or at all).

Grab a 20db variable attenuator from fleebay, slap it on the eurovox and try adjusting it up and down on the channels that break up. If they get better your signals to strong, if they get worse your signals to weak.
