Eurovox ex 1100 usb record prob

Hi im new to this wondering if anybody can help i have a eurovox 1100 ex usb its working ok till i tryed to record a tv program,with a pen drive.It only gives me 10 channels to choose from so say i wanted to watch bbc and record mtv it only give me 10 music channels to choose.Ive tryed using EPG but there,s no response. It leaves the record emblem on the screen and the blue light at the front of the box stopped working dont know if thats the problem .

Hi m8, this box only has one tuner so you cannot watch one channel and record another, unless both the channels are on the same transponder. The 10 channel choice you are getting are on the same transponder. If the watch and record channels are on differeny transponders, it will not work.
