Channel tbn For Wigan on EX7000HD

Has anyone got a Channel tbn for the Wigan Area for a EX700HD Please

i have tryed to use the EX7000 Loader & Editor but cant work how to use it

run the editor and click on ADD
browse to the file
open the file in the editor and click on channel sort
right click on a channel and select the option you want to do
left click on a channel and keep the button pressed down and move it to the position you want.
